Akhir Januari yang lalu viral di media sosial video seorang perawat melecehkan pasiennya di National Hospital Surabaya.
Dalam video itu perawat mengakui bahwa ia sudah berbuat salah.
Korban terlihat terus-terusan menangis.
Tak berselang lama, perawat National Hospital itu dinyatakan bersalah dan mengundurkan diri.
Dalam pengakuannya, Zunaidi mengatakan bahwa saat kejadian ia sedang menjalankan tugasnya sebagai asisten dokter anastesi.
Sehari sebelumnya sempat menjadi saksi, Zunaidi akhirnya ditetapkan sebagi tersangka.
Pihaknya dan pengacara mencoba mengajukan sidang pra peradilan untuk menguji bukti-bukti yang diajukan kepolisian.
Zunaidi mengaku bahwa ia dipaksa mengakui perbuatan yang sebenarnya tidak dilakukannya.
Winda, istri Zunaidi membeberkan apa yang terjadi pada suaminya saat hadir di On The Spot Reveal.
Winda dulunya juga merupakan perawat kini juga kehilangan pekerjaan.
"Saya dulunya perawat, tapi semenjak suami saya dituduh yang tidak benar itu saya jadi tidak kerja lagi. Waktu saya habis mengurus proses suami." tuturnya.
Winda dan Zunaidi bekerja di tempat yang sama.
Poppy selaku host meminta Winda menjelaskan tentang apa yang terjadi pada 23 Januari 2018 yang lalu.
"Operasi tanggal 23 Januari, waktu itu saya lagi cuti melahirkan, anak saya meninggal. Waktu itu tanggal 23 Januari jam 11.00 WIB operasi dimulai selesai operasi jam 12.00 WIB lalu dipindah ke ruang pemulihan. Saat dioperasi dianastesi. Suami saya bekerja jadi perawat anastesi."
Zunaidi dikabarkan melakukan pelecehan seksual di ruang transfer area.
Setelah itu Winda menceritakan bahwa suaminya pulang ke rumah setelah menyerahkan surat resign ke pihak rumah sakit.
"Tanggal 25 Januari 2018 pagi setelah menyerahkan surat resign, suami pulang ke rumah, ke saya, semalam. Waktu itu kurang lebih jam 10.00 WIB suami sudah datang di rumah."
Air mata tak kuasa ditahan oleh Winda saat mengingat kejadian itu.
Raut sedih tak bisa disembunyikan Zunaidi saat bertemu istrinya.
"Jam 10.00 WIB saya melihat suami saya datang di depan rumah, dia dengan wajah yang benar-benar sedih. Dia ga tahu harus bagaimana, ga ada yang bisa bantu dia, dia seorang diri. Dia jalani semuanya sendirian di sana. Waktu di sana banyak orang ga ada siap-siapa yang bisa menolong dia, bahkan teman dekatnya pun ga ada yang menolong dia." tutur Winda mengingat kembali kesedihan suaminya.
Setelah menceritakan apa yang terjadi kepada Winda, Zunaidi berpamitan lagi untuk kembali ke Surabaya.
"Habis itu suami saya menjelaskan semuanya. Seperti yang saya jelaskan tadi, bahkan saya pertama kali lihat berita itu dari video viral. Ketemu saya hanya beberapa jam di rumah. Jam 14.00 WIB ditelepon pihak rumah sakit, disuruh kembali ke Surabaya, saat itu juga. Jam 15.00 suami langsung buru-buru pulang ke Surabaya. Baru kabarin dia lagi jam 01.00."
Zainudin memberitahu bahwa ia diamankan oleh pihak rumah sakit.
"'Saya dikasih voucher sama pihak rumah sakit via Whatsapp. Katanya besok saya mau dipertemukan sama PPNI.' Lalu saya lihat dari media sosial ada penangkapan suami saya di hotel itu."
Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia melakukan penyidikan ke rumah sakit dan menilai bahwa apa yang dilakukan Zainudin tidak menyalahi kode etik.
Menurut Winda, Zunaidi bukanlah sosok pria yang akan melakukan pelecehan seksual.
Winda menilai suaminya adalah orang yang menghargai perempuan, terlebih ibunya.
"Feeling saya sih, itu sangat tidak benar sama sekali. Karena saya kenal suami ga dari kemarin saja. Saya kenal suami dari lama. Suami sangat menghargai perempuan apalagi ibunya."
Saat kembali bertemu Zunaidi, Winda mengatakan bahwa suaminya itu berbeda dari sosok yang dikenalnya.
Ia dan Zunaidi diberi waktu untuk berbicara dan diawasi.
Namun Winda menuturkan saat diperbolehkan untuk berbicara secara pribadi, ada rahasia yang dikatakan Zunaidi.
"Pertama ketemu suami kaya bukan suami saya. Pada saat ngobrol diawasi sempat dikasih waktu sebentar ga sampai lima menit, silahkan bicara di sana. Waktu itu suami sempat bilang ke saya 'jadi semua penyidik ini bilang ke suami saya 'kamu itu di video viral sudah mengaku iya. Kalau kamu di sini malah bilang enggak, nanti hukuman kamu diperberat," katanya.
Karena itu Zainudin menuruti apapun yang dikatakan oleh penyidik.
"Jadi di BAP pertama itu hancur lebur, itu bukan kata-kata suami saya. Itu yang bikin memperberat suami sampai sekarang ga keluar-keluar."
Terkait video yang beredar dan viral di media sosial saat suaminya mengakui telah melakukan pelecehan seksual, Winda merasa dirugikan.
"Ibarat suami saya sudah dibunuh beramai-ramai. Kami merasa dirugikan secara materi maupun non materi."
Tidak hanya kehilangan pekerjaan namun lingkungan seakan menghukum Zunaidi dan Winda sekeluarga.
"Kami sudah kehilangan pekerjaan, kami ga bekerja dan semua orang menjauh, bahkan orangtua kami pun mau keluar malu."
Winda juga menyayangkan netizen yang menghujat suaminya karena sampai saat ini belum ada bukti akurat yang menunjukkan jika suaminya melakukan pelecehan.
"Belum ada bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa suami melakukan tuduhan itu tapi semua masyarakat menghujat suami saya gara-gara video viral itu. Kami sungguh-sungguh tidak terima. kami merasa didzoloimi oleh orang yang sudah menyebarluaskan video viral itu."
Ibu Zunaidi stres berat mengetahui anaknya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Anak Zunaidi bahkan sama sekali tidak mau tidur di kasur semenjak ayahnya ditahan.
"Ibu suami saya stres berat sampai sekarang ga mau makan sendiri. Anak saya paling dekat dengan ayahnya. Ikatan batin anak saya dengan ayahnya itu sangat kuat. Sebelum kejadian ini, anak saya itu tidurnya di kasur terus tapi semenjak ayahnya ga ada dan jadi tahanan, ayahnya tidurnya di lantai terus sampai saat ini dia benar-benar ga mau tidur di kasur."
Meskipun sudah tidur pulas dan diangkat Winda untuk dipindah, ia terbangun dan kembali tidur di atas lantai.
Winda pun sempat melaporkan keluarga korban.
"Tanggal 10 Februari saya sudah melaporkan balik pihak pasien dan suami pasien. Pihak suami merekam tanpa izin, pasiennya menyebarkan itu sudah merugikan pencemaran nama baik kami."
Pada 12 Februari, laporan itu diketahui sudah dilimpahkan ke Kapolda.
Namun hingga saat ini belum ada respon atau perkembangan lebih lanjut.
"Tanggal 12 Februari sudah dilimpahkan ke Kapolda tapi sampai sekarang tidak ada respon apapun, tidak ada perkembangan apapun, tidak secepat kilat seperti mereka melaporkan suami saya. Apa kami harus kaya dulu agar kami ditanggapi direspon oleh pihak yang berwajib?"
Winda kemudian meminta presiden, kapolri, dan pejabat tinggi di negara ini dapat menyelesaikan kasus yang sedang membelit keluarganya.
"Kepada bapak presiden bapak kapolri kepada bapak-bapak pejabat tinggi yang ada di negeri ini, saya mohon hati nuraninya. lihatlah kami masyarakat kecil, tolonglah bantu kami," ujarnya sambil berlinang air mata.
